The Harris IRT Enterprises' New Portable Precision Resistance Tester - Model 5050-06XP - is designed for production resistance testing in an industrial environment where portability and small footprint are essential. As a high resolution, digital ohmmeter, the Model 5050-06XP couples 5 digit laboratory precision with the durability required by industrial resistance testing applications, as well as the portability asked for by so many of our customers.

By using a four-wire, Kelvin-based, resistance measurement system, the Model 5050-06XP eliminates the inaccuracies introduced by test lead and contact resistance. Optional ambient temperature compensation and a built in RS232 communications port offer features usually found only in much more expensive instruments.
